I think that anyone who wants a vaccine can get one at a pharmacy urgent care, or other healthcare facilities.
I don’t see these closures impacting access to vaccines at this point in the pandemic.
Those who for whatever reason have not obtained a vaccine will be especially challenging to move from current state back to recontemplation toward action.
