Anyone who has damage to their homes and has a FEMA ID number, the city is sending a helping hand. Please call 311 and ask about NYC Rapid Repairs. No upfront costs and they will send contractors, plumbers, etc. to your home for repairs. For more information, see the link below. Please pass this along to everyone in the affected area.
