Salvation Army Sandy Case Management

The Salvation Army (TSA) is launching its Disaster Case Management (DCM) program for qualified Staten Island residents who have been impacted by Hurricane Sandy. The program is expected to extend from eighteen to twenty four months. TSA will facilitate access to a broad range of resources; provide information and referral, client advocacy, and direct services to clients, along with the ability to present cases to the Unmet Needs Round Table for additional funding. TSA will also be coordinating with rebuild and volunteer partner agencies to bring material support to critical housing rehabilitation efforts. TSA is in need of appropriate space, either commercial or church offices, preferably within an impacted zone from which to conduct DCM operations. In kind offerings are greatly appreciated; however TSA is able to provide reasonable reimbursement for appropriate space. If you are able to help in this regard, please contact Matt Baker, TSA Staten Island Project Coordinator at ***@***.*** or at 917-297-1186.
